TYPES OF INFORMATION COLLECTED
TRAFFIC DATA When you visit our Site, we automatically track and collect the following categories of information: (1) your Internet protocol and domain server address; (2) the date and time of your visit to the Site; (3) the type of web browser and operating system you used to access the Site; (4) the web pages that you accessed at the Site; (5) the visitor domain and country; and (6) the duration of the visit (collectively "Traffic Data"). WITOC'S USE OF INFORMATION
E-Commerce WITOC uses Personal Information primarily in connection with e-commerce transactions. Credit card information is encrypted to ensure that no one else can view or capture it. Credit card transactions on the Site are settled immediately through Paypal, one of our e-commerce providers. Paypal
handles all traffic between the Site, credit
card issuers, and banks. Credit card
information is used only for settling the
funds needed for you to purchase our
services. We do not store credit card
information either on or outside the Site.
E-Mail Upon registration for WITOC
membership or events you will receive email confirmation and communications. Additionally, from time to time, WITOC may send you e mail messages regarding current regulatory or other legal changes and updates or informing you of our services that we believe may be of interest to you, including announcements of new training programs, upcoming programs, and special offers. USER CHOICE REGARDING COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION You may choose not to provide us with any Personal Information.
